The Buchstabenmuseum (meaning “museum of letters” in German) is a German museum dedicated to saving neon signs from around the world, and the former East Germany in particular.

Located in the heart of Berlin, the Buchstabenmuseum is definitely a place you’ll want to visit if you’re a fan of neon signs or nighttime culture, especially the nighttime culture of the former GDR.
